After lunch Mrs. C. H. Lewis fell ill while speaking with her daughters Mrs Fred Maple of Trenton and Miss Hattie Lewis. Mr. Lewis placed her on a couch and Dr. B. S. Van Dyke diagnosed apoplexy. She remains in serious condition with a nurse in attendance and hopes of recovery.

Auto Garage Fire Destroys 71 Vehicles in New Brunswick
A blaze swept through a Albany Street garage in New Brunswick destroying seventy one automobiles and damaging adjacent buildings. Fire started at 6 30 in the DeAngelis Brothers shop, reportedly from inflammable material touched off by a watchman with a torch, with gasoline explosions fanning the flames and making rescue efforts futile. The watchman escaped injury after summoning help.
