Fair and Supper At M E Church Christmas Fair

The Congregation of the M E church plans a two day fair on December 5 and 6 to replace the usual donation event. Proceeds benefit the church with a hearty supper ice cream and light refreshments plus music each night. The village circle held a meeting with Mrs Burroughs and others presenting readings and a piano composition by Arthur Burroughs.

Lucy A Cox and Frank B McGill wed at the Cox home in Hightstown on November 29. Rev. John Allen officiated with only close relatives present. The couple will reside with Mrs. McGill in Pleasant Hill after a brief honeymoon.
