Pleasant Meeting Of Second Church Ladies Missionary Society
The Ladies Missionary Society of the Second church met last Friday at Mrs. William N. Hughes home. Four autos with chauffeurs carried members from the village to enjoy a country ride and a refreshing social afternoon after a heat wave. Marion Hughes played a piano solo and a quartet including Mrs. Russell Silvers Miss Hattie Lewis Mrs. Milne and Mrs. Emmons sang. Raspberry sherbet and cake were served during the social hour. The group has held two country meetings, at Mrs. Emmons and at Mrs. Hughes.

Reunion Draws Grove Family Near Little Rocky Hill
Descendants of William Henry Grove gathered at the Plainsboro harvest home grove for a reunion. About 60 attended despite heat. Miss Mary E. Grove read an historical sketch, Walter Bastedo sang, and J. Clark Stryker wrote the gong for the occasion. The group planned to meet again next year with the same committee. The oldest attendee was Mrs. Emily Stonaker, 70, and the youngest was Marjorie Leonora Bast edo, six months, both connected to Princeton and Philadelphia families.
