Captain Tin Larvrineicn of Gafayette, a well known local boatman, was convicted yesterday of complicity in the disappearance of Henry E. Agar and in attempting to collect life insurance on Agar. Agar was later found alive in Texas.

A Uniform Rank K of P unit was instituted in Attica last Friday night. Attendees included companies from Delphi Lafayette Fowler and Attica with local members active in the event. Tow Path Train Derailed Near County Farm

A Tow Path morning train carrying a box car of implements for T H Mc George and the regular coach derailed four miles out near the county farm. Front trucks separated from the box car causing a sideways crash. Conductor Abe activated the air rope and emergency brake. Passengers walked to town while a wrecker cleared the line by 8 p m.

Old Yaron Bridge Across Wabash Remains Sturdy Landmark
