December 1904 Commissioners Allowances List

A ledger of December 1904 expenditures by Fountain County commissioners lists payments to numerous individuals and businesses for poor relief and public services. Entries include stationer Thornton Levey Co, goods for poor in Troy and Richland townships, meal and medical services, gas, cash advances, and various county department costs. The January 1905 term continues with further disbursements and notes the auditor James T. Bell.
