Defense of Local Option Law in Indiana Supreme Court
The Indiana brief argues the 1908 county local option law is constitutional, defending its title, lack of voter delegation, and non dependence on a popular vote. It asserts the act provides for licenses via county commissioners and court review, with each applicant retaining the right to due process. Local attorney figures include Bingham KC and Hanly Artman & McAdams.
