Rural telecommunications conference in Eau Claire
A conference September 28 to 30 at Midway Motor Lodge, Eau Claire, will explore rural telecommunications feasibility and future value for public officials educators and service personnel. Keynote speakers Bransford and Harkins will discuss satellite program planning with a field demonstration of cable classroom instruction in Trempealeau County.
