Mary Kay Ryan Takes Regulatory Experience to New Private Role
Former head of the state Division of Consumer Protection joins Madison based American TV as a consumer advocate after leaving agriculture department post in 1977. She says duties align with prior enforcement and eyes consumer interests while noting past complaints against the retailer and its cooperative executives. American TV, also called American of Madison, posted $86 million in sales for the year ending last June with stores now in Appleton and Marquette.
