Best Expo cow not for sale at any price, owner says
Fred Brown of Browndale Farm Ontario owns Browndale Fury Echo Christie, America’s Supreme Champion cow at World Dairy Expo Madison. He won’t part with her for money, estimating her bull calves will fetch over $100,000 each, and noting a full brother was sold to a Japanese concern. Christie’s pedigree includes Burke Wisconsin lineage, sire Ideal Fury Reflector, and dam Green Elms Echo Christina, All-Canadian twice and Royal Winter Fair grand champion.
