Hosts sought for 1982 Alice in Dairylands finals
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture invites City and County groups to apply to host the 1982 Alice in Dairylands finals. Proposals should show hotel capacity for 150 to 200 guests and banquet and coronation space for 500 to 800. Applications due by Sept 1 1981. Contact Dr. Cynthia Tienor for forms and meetings.

Glaucoma Screening At Buffalo County Fair
Buffalo County Public Health Nursing Service offers free glaucoma screenings at the Buffalo County Fair using a non contact tonometer funded by four Lions clubs. Tests require no contact, just a puff of air, and take a few minutes. Screenings run Friday and Saturday noon to 8 pm and Sunday 11 am to 6 pm. Glaucoma is a leading blindness cause for ages 40 and up, with early diagnosis preventing sight loss.
