December 24 sale lists 365 head including slaughter calves replacement calves ch heavy steers and heifers with Holstein figures. December 21 feeder sale saw 900 head with weight bands 400-550 to 750-900 pounds. Three percent shrinkage applies on morning delivered fat cattle.
Belmont livestock sale highlights include 302 beef steers priced 59.25 to 62.25, 58.50 to 61.75 Holstein steers, 33 to 39.75 cull cows, 43.75 to 46.25 bulls, 50 to 70 slaughter, 30 and down for packer sows, 27 to 29 for boars, and sheep lambs at 55 to 60.
