Phil Hein of Stratford Wisconsin was re-elected to a three year term on the Farm Credit Board of St. Paul. He represents farmer cooperatives in Michigan Minnesota North Dakota and Wisconsin that are member borrowers of the St. Paul Bank for Cooperatives. He plays a dairy farm with his son Ken and has held positions in Con solidated Badger Co op Shawano the Wisconsin Federation of Cooperatives and other ag groups.
