Area man to head state reinsurance company
J Clifford O'Donnell of Chippewa Falls will become executive officer and general manager of the Wisconsin Town Mutual Reinsurance Co. on January 4 1982 succeeding Charles Kennedy. O'Donnell, longtime head of Eagle Point Town Mutual, plans to expand staff, establish a claim advisory department, and push education for member town mutuals as mergers reduce the number of small companies. He is moving near Madison with his wife Donita and expects changes in Madison and the reinsurance office in coming years.
