RC&Ds face phased down program in Wisconsin
The 15 year old RC and D program funded by Congress for half of what districts asked faces a phased down fate. At a Wisconsin conference meeting December 6 8 officials urged continuation via associate measures and funding from other sources. Wisconsin four RC and D areas Golden Sands Lumberjack Pri Ru Ta River Country will reconvene in late winter to map future in federal budgeting.
