Rural RC&D voice urged at Wisconsin meeting

Willard Phillips Jr addressed the Wisconsin RC&D annual meeting to push a stronger rural voice in federal policy. A panel featured Don Wachter UW Extension Robert Rieck Ron Caldwell and Cliff Maguire with DNR and SCS. John Rude received the RC&D Award for restoring Guy Spiers Lake and Cranberry Creek Flowage with RC&D help.
