Trempealeau County Fair Carcass Show Winners Named
The Trempealeau County Fair hosted its third annual Carcass Show with 36 entries. Dr. Dean Henderson of UW-River Falls judged the event noting rising quality. Champions included a 734 pound crossbred steer carcass and a 630 pound reserve with Hereford live, both graded choice with low fat. Wisconsin DOT studies milk carrier rate fairness
