West central Wisconsin farmers key in Mid-Am meeting
Jerry Sipple of Menomonie was elected corporate secretary on the Mid-America Dairymen board after a third ballot, becoming the first from his region to hold a top corporate post. Ann Randall of Balsam Lake received the Cowbell Award for her dairy industry contributions. Randall’s speech highlighted women's role in dairy operations as a West Central Wisconsin banquet featured local dairy products. The meeting in Kansas City included the presentation of butter patties from Greenwood and a John Wuettrich Creamery product.
