House moves to expand labor bill with mutuality of contract responsibility

Lie detector links man to Ellwood City murder case
A Toledo report says Irvin C. Herge, 41, backed by lie detector tests, is linked to the October slaying of 20 year old Jean Fatur of Ellwood City Pennsylvania. Sheriff Bartels said Herge did not admit killing her but his answers suggest a more definite statement may come. He knew the girl and said she visited him while he was jailed on a mental charge. He admitted seeing Miss Fatur after his release October 6 but would not state whether he took her to Malinta on October 16.
