Within three weeks the Wellsville plant will join the Novelty Advertising company in a new building here but the tne factory bayild ing will not be occupied until December. A rush of orders continues, boilers of 250 horsepower were shipped Tuesday, and work to move staff and machinery is underway.
County road property was taken during road and station construction. A stone quarry prompted further land seizure with promises of compensation. Commissioners met company officials, settled the matter, granting a new right of way and company payment for grading. Contract awarded to Hush Mr Devitt ter Suit.
George B. Wilcox vice president of Novelty Advertising company has been appointed cashier of First National Bank of Wellsville New York. He is regarded as a leading financier in the region. The bank is described as old and wealthy.
Rev. Fair pastor of Cecil Memorial L B church traveled to Cambridge for the annual conference. The nine sessions began Thursday and will end Monday. Bishop J W Hotto of Deaston will preside. Rev. Fair’s return status is uncertain and he may be reassigned. Also noted: J Frank Brines named foreman at Pontine department. William H Talmadge ordained at Alliance.

Exultation spread through the Tuscarora Advertising Co as Chicago placed an order for a million memorandum books the largest single order in company history. The project will require many long days of work over two years to complete and print.
The Crawford Store will host an exhibition of collarettes and furs of various kinds next Tuesday. The event features pieces from top fur houses in America and highlights the latest styles and offerings.
Rev. A J Sever moved from Perry O to lead the Coshocroft Christian Church. Services and Sunday School will be held at City Hall while a new church building is planned at Eleventh Street and Adan Avenue. A home is to be built, and enrollment is expected to grow under his leadership. A fur opening is announced for Tuesday Sept 26 with millinery displays on Sept 22 and 23 at Mrs A J Lennon Wilcoxon building.
Judge Eason granted a Monday recess after Ernest Noland was found not guilty in a suit brought by Bertha G. Taylor. The Cosbocton Manufacturing Co. versus A. Weisner arguments were resumed Thursday.
Health department logs two scarlet fever cases one in a two year old child of LD Cohen at 143 North Second Street and another in a five year old child of Frank L Wimmer at 676 Vine Street both listed as in dangerous condition.
