Railroad Slaughter Near Greenbush Leaves Dozens Hurt

On the Judsen River Railroad near Greenbush last night a smoking car and two passenger cars were derailed and destroyed. About forty persons were injured, several seriously. A woman believed from Erie, Pennsylvania, was killed. John Davidson of Lyons, New York, died at the Delavan House this morning. W. D. Murphy of Cortland, Massachusetts, was badly hurt. Mrs Adolphus of Auburn and Adv C H Bailey of Rochester were injured. Others taken to the Delavan House for treatment.
