Judge Eason Overrules Dismissal in Sprague Suit

Judge Eason overruled a motion to dismiss the Sprague versus Pennsylvania Railroad case. The Pittsburg and Lake Erie Railroad, a Vanderbilt line, has purchased the Little Kanawha coal lands and railroads in litigation in Cincinnati. Joseph Ramsey Jr sold the assets.
