Kansas City, Oct 5 The final victory in the International Association of Bridge and Structural Iron Workers went to Frank Buchanan of Chicago over Samuel Parks and his delegation by 43 to 40 in a re election for president. Parks claimed a majority of the executive board. The convention suspended routine business to pledge support to Local No 2 in New York as Parks and his group hurried to catch their eastbound train. Also, Piqua high school beat the regulars 5 to 4 with Willie Robertson pitching and Bert Farrel reinforcing the lineup.
