Commissioner to Issue Circular on Special School Districts
Chief Clerk Snyder of the state school commissioner's office says Commissioner Jones will issue a circular to locate special districts created by special acts. Districts deemed abolished by a supreme court decision must reapply to the probate court to remain as special districts under the general law. For the current year some districts may continue, but those failing to establish by year end will cease to exist. Only one Coshocton county district, Bloomfield, is affected.
