Hart Dean testified Saturday that James Dobson accused Judge Roche of offering pay to influence witnesses. Dobson described dramatic cross examination as the defense pressed self serving explanations while noting Dickerson’s pale reaction after a claim about dogs being sent the night of the murder.
Direct examination shows James William Dobson testifying about alledged associations among Katherine Hughes Ben Dickerson and others. He recounts conversations at a stable and barn area and details where he found Kate Hughes and Ed Dickerson near the burned house and on the road.
The Age reports a rumored bribery charge tied to Judge Roche as Jim Dobson purportedly testified.
