Cambridge Ohio June 22 Senecaville slowly recovers from Saturdays awful calamity when the Summers mine exploded. Over 10 000 people visited the scene for pieces of metal siding of the powder house but none found. The blast displaced thirty yards of earth and collapsed a steel sheet covered building near the magazine. The boiler rooms were shattered, the engine near the magazine hurled away, and walnut roots blown from trees. Fall Fatal for Joseph Archbaker Prominent Linton Farmer
Joseph Archbaker, a prominent farmer from Linton township, died after a stairway fall at his residence Sunday night. He was about 45, survived by a wife and eight children.
