Roscoe Industry Moves End Of Bridge In Coshocton
Coshocton plans to boost industry at Roscoe’s expense by relocating the Corrugated Paper plant to land west of the Coshocton paper mill. The new firm, Coshocton Corrugated Paper Packing Company, has prepared Articles of Incorporation in Columbus with incorporators listed. Capitalization is 10 000 dollars. The vacant building will house the plant and another building will be erected. The old firm’s president’s interest is purchased by G S Tredway and Dr C W St Clair. A boiler and engine have been bought to greatly increase capacity. Corrugated paper is used for packing.

Gas Boom Near Utica Promises New Field Expansion
In Utica area two new gas wells, the Logan company well northwest of Utica and the Culp well seven miles northeast, both produce about 4,000,000 cubic feet daily and gain strength. Accidents at Houston Hay Axle Works Injure Two Men
Tuesday at the Houston Hay Axle company plant two workers were injured. Rollo Peacock’s right third finger was nearly severed in the hammer room and later amputated between the second and third joints. Edward Stafford suffered a crushed right thumb after it was caught in a machine.

Mrs Thomas Banks Injured in Falling Chair Accident
Mrs Thomas Banks of near the Ruscoe river bridge suffered serious injuries Friday morning when a chair toppled as she stood on a bed arranging curtains. Two ribs were fractured and the left elbow injured. Dr Henderson attended and reduced the fractures. She is able to sit up and progressing as well as could be expected.
