Mrs. Philippina Moesser wife of Frederick Moesser Sr Sexton of Grove Hill Cemetery died Monday at six pm after a three year invalid period. Born in Germany May 30 1833 she was sixty eight. She came to the United States in 1854 and married that year. Survived by eight children and several relatives. Funeral at Centenary Methodist church with Rev J S Sims and Rev T W Watts officiating then burial in Grove Hill Cemetery.

Joachim W. Fetzer aged 76 died Monday at his home two miles northwest of Corydon from chronic diarrhea. A longtime county resident born near Blue River chapel he belonged to the M E church over 50 years. He leaves a wife three sons two daughters and many grandchildren. Funeral was held yesterday at Oak Grove church.
