Local Advertising Rates and Conditions for Public Notices
Local notices priced at 20 cents per line with a minimum charge of $1 per insertion. Yearly ads receive a liberal discount, but no notice under one square or less than $8 per year. Legal notices charged to the party or attorney filing the ad. if the attorney’s name is missing, the officer placing the ad is billed. Divorce suit notices for non residents require advance payment or security.
Subscriptions Due in Advance Under Publisher Notice
Arrearages must be paid and notices given to avoid discontinuance. No pauper will be removed without notice to the Publisher. Subscribers pay up to a fine if notice is issued and all arrears are cleared.
