Mrs Kate Beanblossom wife of Henry P Beanblossom died at home in Heth township near Mauckport at one o clock Monday morning March 6 after several months illness of paralysis Funeral services were set for Mt Zion United Brethren near Mauckport with Rev A B Condo to officiate if secured Burial followed at Mt Zion cemetery She was sixty five and survived by husband a son Ward N Beanblossom a step daughter Mrs Ed Lopp two brothers Judge Ward H Watson and A G Watson She was a longtime news correspondent and a beloved community member The paper extends sympathy to her family

Young Man Raymond Thomas Dies in Boone Township
Raymond Thomas, one of Boone township's five ground men, died last Monday at six o’clock at his parents’ home. He suffered three years from an abscess on the brain and optic nerve paralysis leading to blindness and total paralysis. He was twenty one and survived by his parents and four siblings. Death of a Good Citizen Horace Jacobs
Horace Jacobs, 44, died Tuesday March 7 after a lingering tuberculosis illness at his mother-in-law Mrs Dan Rowe's home southwest of Corydon. A Corydon Christian Church member, he passed away Wednesday afternoon at Perseverance Chapel with Rev Biaman officiating and burial in a nearby cemetery. Survivors include his wife two daughters Ruth and Mabel and a stepdaughter Mrs W G Abbott of Louisville.
