Mrs Anna Elizabeth Douglass widow of Samuel W Douglass died July 11 at Princeton after a long illness. Funeral in Corydon and Princeton honored her life with pallbearers and prayers. She served as Corydon postmistress 1885 to 1889 and was a lifelong Presbyterian. She leaves two children Claude N Douglass and Mrs Edward B Funk, plus four grandsons.
