Amos Wood Yeager of Heth township is named as a candidate for Harrison county Third District Commissioner. He previously served as commissioner for over a year, voting to rescind costly asylum farm plans and helping cut county taxes by 18 cents per $100, saving taxpayers over $14,000. He is among the county’s largest taxpayers and is described as economical and careful.
