A small muscular boy and a stubborn two month old calf clash down South Third Street. The dangerous chase weaves past a Central Express office and a watermelon pile as bystanders, including lawyer Wilson, are pulled into the mêlée. The calf dodges, knots the rope, and ends with the rope snagged on a bridge as the chase winds down.
