Indianap olis April 8 federal grand jury charged banking law violations against Wilson E Cook Ben S Applegate and Geo W Applegate of the Corydon National Bank and indicted William Taylor former cashier of Ambia. About 200 persons indicted for various offenses, ten or more Corydon residents testified last Friday.

Death of Aged Woman Mrs Sarah Catherine Murr
Mrs Sarah Catherine Murr widow of Jonathan C Murr died at the home of her son Rev J Edward Murr in Indianapolis at midnight last Friday. Her remains were brought to Corydon for burial with funeral services at the Corydon M E church and burial in Cedar Hill cemetery. The obituary was read by her son J Edward Murr and her family recalled her pioneer upbringing and devotion to the M E church. She was born August 1 1841 and died April 7 1922 aged eighty years eight months six days leaving six sons and twelve grandchildren.
