Election May 4 Sets Vote on County Road Project
The Board of Commissioners ordered a May 4 election to approve a free gravel or macadam road project in Heth township. The plan calls for grading and nine foot wide paving over six miles of road from Mauckport, extending east and west, linking the Mauckport and Laconia road with the Mauckport and the New Amsterdam public highway and including parts of Mauckport streets.
