City project costs rise as area size shrinks
Erie County Redevelopment Authority and City Council hear a report tracing higher bills to policy changes and new federal rules. Relocation aid rose from 1500 to 2400 per family, land sale proceeds fell from 80000 to 49406 as the area shrank, and 15000 in building rehabilitation costs were added.
