BELLE VERNON PA AP A masked armed robber entered Bill's Restaurant on Route 81 near Belle Vernon and took 33. Two and a half hours later state police arrested Westmoreland County man Frank Tucker 4 of Van Meter near Smithton. Officers found him sleeping in an abandoned farmhouse in Van Meter. He had a pistol and a paper bag containing 33. Tucker was jailed in Monessen City Jail on open charges pending further investigation.
