New Baptist Church Opens With 450 Seating Capacity
A new Baptist church, built at about 20000, replaces last January’s fire-destroyed structure. It seats 450 with balcony and a smaller auditorium but expanded Sunday School rooms. The interior features buff walls, walnut woodwork, Spanish design, amber lighting, and a rear baptistry. An organ funded by local business men enhances dedicatory ceremonies.
