A wreck at Dockw Tuneton, Pay left twenty passengers injured and four dead. A passenger train No. 201 collided with another at a crossover, causing bodies to be found near the front cars. Ambulances rushed to the scene to transport the injured to nearby hospitals.

Chester, Pa Sept 2 Macy Rideout woman grew angry after a reprimand for wasteful news, allegedly stabbed James J. Hughey early April morning. He says she beat him and threw bricks before grabbing a butcher knife and stabbing him below the heart. Woman held under $890 bond for court.
