United Press reports in Chicago that lawyer Louis Piquett and doctors In Ehm Loeser Harold Cassidy and a clerk Arthur O Leary were arrested on charges of conspiring to alter John Dillinger and Homer Van Meter faces and fingerprints through surgical procedures. Two Dillinger gang women and William Finnerty of Calumet City Mich also arrested as aiding the fugitives. Hoover said the group harbored Dillinger during the pursuit preceding his death.
