Former Corry business man Barnes dies in Long Beach

Word reached Corry of the death of George N. Barnes a longtime resident and businessman. He died at 10 oclock Sunday evening at 1512 East Eighth Street Long Beach California and burial was in Long Beach Cemetery. Barnes 82 had lived in Corry for over fifty years and was engaged in business there. A few years ago he moved to California with his family after health declines leaving behind his daughter Miss Emma Barnes who cared for him during illness.
