Miami patrolman Daniel Zell, once named outstanding officer of 1969, is suspended for a mustache beyond the allowed length. Officials say he is absent without pay as he refuses to trim hair and sideburns, claiming departmental grooming rules are out of step with modern times. Kane Woman Killed In Crash Near Kane
Irene C. Allen a 52 year old Kane resident died at the scene after a car she rode in failed to negotiate a curve two miles south of Kane on James City Hill. Frederick C.
