The Corry Zoning Board of Adjust ment unanimously voted to allow a conditional use of an A-1 residential area on Wayne street for a rest home. The proposed single floor brick facility, by Dr. TS Gabreski, will be about 35,000 square feet with a cost near half a million dollars and require a qualified administrator and a sizable staff.
