Six persons perished when a two room dwelling in the Dry Run district was destroyed by an undetermined origin blaze. Ralph Lane, 38, a millworker, an unidentified woman about 40, and Lane’s four children aged between 1 and 16 were found inside after neighbors and a watchman raised the alarm. Firemen recovered the children from a bed in one room and the man and woman in another room.
