Drilling Bits Stolen From Titusville Storage Site
Titusville police report $5000 worth of drilling bits stolen from the former Grand Valley Machine Shop building. R B Kelly of Fort Worth confirms he has been away since April and cannot date the burglary. Entrance was gained by prying the front door lock. items include bits 6 to 11 inches in diameter and 10 to 12 inches long. Local investigators pursue leads.

Indict Four In Alleged Erie Kidnaping Case
Four Erie County men Richard P. Doolan Richard L. Mallory James P. Russell and Peter M. Russell were indicted on two counts of kidnapping for extortion in a July home invasion. They allegedly tied Mrs Kaulis and held 10 year old Richard Kaulis, then demanded 10 000 for their release. The husband, Richard Kaulis, a K Mart manager, alerted police and delivered the payment at Our Lady of Peace Church parking lot.
