Army plans new court martial charges in Korea prisoner cases
The Army is expected this week to announce new court martial charges against about 40 in service soldiers accused of collaborating with Communist captors or informing on peers while prisoners of war in Korea. Defense officials deny any immunity promises. Separately, the will of Associate Justice Robert H. Jackson was filed in Fairfax Virginia. The estate, about $300000, is left in trust to his widow for life with remainder to their children.

Mercer reports a two car collision at Routes 965 and 7B, killing Stella Stoyer, 48, of Cochranton and Lawrence Crawford, about 60, from Masury Ohio.
