Curfew Proposal Aims to Curb Erie Youth Crime
Rev. Gordon Irvine and Bayfront NATO officials urged Erie city council to set a curfew for anyone under 18, with 11 PM or midnight weeknights and weekend extensions. The plan included a youth rehabilitation center, more West Side street lighting, a full-time detached youth worker, and a police officer dedicated to youth outreach.
