Wounds Man Then Personal Crisis Reports
Police said Robert Milby shot Edward O Block then killed himself. O Block, wounded, was in critical condition after being shot by Milby in Plum while inspecting a home. Milby was found dead in his car with four chest wounds. Police cited Milby's dissatisfaction with a home O Block sold years earlier as the motive. The incident followed by a Democratic rally at a VFW post with about 100 attendees and photos showing local and county candidates.
