Belgian financier Delacroix dies suddenly in Baden
Det. 15.-M. Delacroix, noted Belgian banker and former prime minister, delegate to the International Bank committee, and trustee for German railway bonds, died today of heart disease in Baden. He attended the International Bank meeting Monday and appeared in normal health.

Four Killed as Hot Metal Explodes at McKeesport Plant
The National Tube Company plant in McKeesport, Pennsylvania suffered four deaths from an explosion when hot metal overflowed a ladle and struck water in a pit. Victims were Julius Burtasky, John Sando, Carl Hoffman, and Philly Sandmeyer. two others died shortly after, and a fifth man John Kastely was hospitalized but expected to survive. Eight additional workers were treated and released. Investigation continues to determine cause and responsibility.

Two Fatal Auto Runs In Meadville Area
Two persons died after being struck by automobiles in Meadville region yesterday. Franke Johnson of Swaneville near Erie, a noted sportsman, was killed by a truck at Highland Parks. Ord Bruce Wilkins, driver of the truck, said Johnson ran into the path. James Price of 407 Lincoln Avenue Meadville was also struck after alighting from a boy near his home. The car, driven by Mrs. J M Stull of 685 Pinestrex Meadville, hurled Price to the pavement. he suffered a fractured shin and was pronounced dead at Spencer hospital about twenty minutes later.
