Corry Memorial Hospital the Corry Red Cross and the Erie County Health Department launch the area first swine flu mass immunization. Centerville Man Killed by Tree in Freak Accident

Forrest E. Moore, 76, of Centerville died Friday when a tree he was cutting split and struck him in the head. Crawford County Coroner Wilbur Thomas pronounced him dead at the scene. Moore’s body was found Saturday by his son.
