Injunction against Sunshine Packing dissolved in Pa
Dauphin county court dissolved a temporary injunction against Sunshine Packing Corporation of North East Erie County, allowing sale only with Pennsylvania Agriculture Department approval. Judge J Paul Rupp said conditions cited last August are corrected, though 2079 five gallon cans and 329 barrels of raspberry and cherry calls may require state consent before movement from premises. Attorney General James H Dull argued the plant was operated in an unsanitary manner.
